    Twice in 6 days flights cancelled with no correspondence before arriving at airport: first time couldn’t get us there for over 24 hours so offered refund which we are still waiting for. Second time caused missed connection with a boat had to pay to get to at our expense, also luggage never arrived and 5 days after filling in lost luggage form on website not a single word back from them. I suggest you review their Facebook page as well, shows all the problems people have with customer service: there is none at all. Phone lines don’t work, it they do long hold time, no response to emails and the Facebook representatives very quickly stop answering your questions and tell you to contact via website. Its not even worth travelling on this budget airline.
