    This past weekend, my family and I flew from Barcelona to Venice, and like it had been in the past when I have flown Vueling, the flight was delayed over an hour. When we landed I made the mistake of leaving my laptop computer underneath my seat. I recognize that this was my own fault, but the “customer service” or lackthereof afterwards was astonishingly terrible. After the flight staff would not let me get back on the plane, they suggested I call the customer service line. Understanding that they needed to clean the flight, I called the customer service line. I waited on the line for over an hour before someone finally answered. Their only suggestion was to send an email to Vueling informing them that I had lost an item on the flight. After explaining that, by the time this email would be read, my laptop would most likely be long gone, I asked that they please contact the flight in some way to inform them that my laptop was still under my seat. Instead, they told me the staff would handle my email. It did not. It has been over a week, and my email never received a reply. My laptop is gone. I have never experienced worse customer service. Vueling is undeserving of your money.
