    I bought my ticked 4 months in advance and presented to the check in 2 hours before the flight – which happened to be my 4th flight in a row and last on the way to Spain from Australia and at the end of 48 hours of travel, with a tired 4 year old. Vueling promptly informed me that I had no seat because of overbooking. When I said that was unacceptable I paid my flight months ago I expect to board, they told me they can deny entry and I should have read the terms and conditions. I was then denied my statuatory rights to care while we were subject to a long delay, no food water or accomodation was provided. When they finally organised a flight for us, we our luggage was lost and has never been returned. We have made claims which have been unattended and we are currently filing suit.
