We had problems with the plane in Los Angeles. There was virtually no communication for 4 hours. Finally we were put on a shuttle to San Diego where we had to find our own ride to Tijuana where we spent the night in the airport. Then they flew us to Aguascalientes where we had to find our own way to our final destination of Zacatecas. The staff at the counter was nice and working hard to accommodate everyone however there seemed to be no management and no overall communication with the passengers. It was a mess. If we had been elderly or not able-bodied I don’t know how we would have never gotten to our final destination.
