    From Phoenix to Cancun…
    Volaris has one of the worst customer services for English speakers. I understand it’s a Mexican airline, but it should not be advertised in English or be in the US market at all if they don’t even have an option for English customer service on their customer service line (pressing 7 for English on their number just goes back to Spanish). Also, despite the promises that they will deliver lost luggage, they will intentionally blow you off and not deliver it and have it sitting at the airport even with a filed report. This is probably the worst airline experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for your time.
