    Flew Perth to Bali return. Promised by travel agent (Holiday Planet) that it was a full service carrier. My husband is a nervous flyer & we only choose airlines with inflight entertainment which takes his mind off the flight – this was understood by the agent. No entertainmnet at all on this flight,not even music.Spent our precious holiday time in Bali, contacting the airline and the agent, and was assured we would get DVD players on trip home. We were given ipads with flat batteries.They found a working one but with no audio. Absolutely useless. Full service = False advertising. We will take Garuda next time. Plse note, this exact same situation happended to us on a Perth to Hobart flight about a year ago. Cant believe 1 year later they still havnt bothered to put in entertainment.
