My flight was delayed by over 12 hours in boston and an additional 12 hours in London. I was supposed to go to India for my New years but I went there an entire day late. I missed my connecting flight from Mumbai to Chennai in India and the Virgin Atlantic wouldn’t even reimburse me for it. Both of my flights back were delayed. Overall my worst experience in International travel. Virgin Atlantic.
