Travelled as part of a tour group. Flight from LHR to Hanoi was fine and seemed to be full. ~Diverted to Da Nang for 5 hours due to bad weather which is not their fault. What is though is leaving us in a closed terminal for several hours. The flight from HCMC to LHR was not as good. Out of 30 seats in Premium Economy 3 were broken and could not be used forcing people to be seated apart. Only thing offered was next day’s flight-not really acceptable. Where do the aircrew go? After meal served you just didn’t see them again until the next meal. There was no interaction between them and passengers, not the standard of hospitality expected. Also upgrade did not offer value for money. Only got a wider seat and more leg room. No upgrade of food or service other airlines offer – very poor. Took 7 flights with this company during holiday and I don’t think one of them left on time. None of the delays were massive but we were not advised at any point that flights were going to be delayed. Really bad customer service. I see by other reviews that the same things are complained about time and again and that nothing gets done about it.
