    Terrible costumer service. Their personnel lacks motivation to go the extra mile, although my situation deserved some extra attention: first, they denied boarding me as they claimed I booked an illegal connection (sold by United!). Then my replacement flight was delayed for three hours, due to a technical problem with the airplane (deferred maintenance?). Also, the offer only one decent meal (and a snack) during a nine hour intercontinental flight.
