    Certainly the worst airline I have ever used, as far as customer service goes. I paid full fare for First Class, and yet no refreshments were offered on the two- hour flights San Francisco – Seattle – San Francisco. When checking in at Seattle, I was told that my flight was not confirmed, even though it had been confirmed months ago before leaving Australia.

    I was then told I would have to phone the airline for rebooking, and the female attendant told me that, “I cannot help you, as I have a queue of people to serve”, yet ignoring the fact that I was also in that queue! Eventually a check-in attendant made a phone call and remedied this inefficient situation, but I have never had such terrible service, especially on First Class, and will never ever use this airline again.
