Average is the only way to describe this flight/airline. Long haul flight & I had to pay for everything on it apart from the food, movies £4, water £1.80 only 1 drink run on a 9hr flight buy in advance if you want a warm drink.
I thought once I had paid over £1200 each that these simple things would be included wrong.
Food was ok, entertainment once paid for was ok but 2 months behind other major airlines with movies.
Seats ok if your not looking to sleep, you need to upgrade to get a good head support.
EDITORS COMMENT: No they are not as it’s a low cost carrier and to be fair this is stated throughout the booking process. We don’t agree with having to pay for water on such long flights but they are within their rights to charge based on their on board offering. Thanks for your balanced and informative review
