Thai Airways International review by Jeff 2013-11-14

Travel on 31 Oct from Sydney to Bangkok on B744 in business class. The experience on Thai was not pleasant at all the cabin crew was unprofessional such as they took my half full glasses without asking me if i still need it or not and before landing saw cabin crew was taking photo of themselves with their own phone. The entertainment system froze and have to ask crew to restart the system. This is my first time taking Thai and will be my last
