I have never experienced an airline with such horrible customer service. I called the customer service phone number inquiring to be my flight was left on hold waiting for an agent to take my call. I tried 11 times thoughout the day to get through, but never reached an agent. With my frustration I decided to call the TAP Portugal main number. I explained that I had been calling customer service all day and could not get through. Asking the woman for help, her reply was “just try and try and try again.” This is unacceptable for an airline to have such poor customer service. I will never be flying TAP Porugal again.
