The worst airline that I have ever flown with. DO NOT waste your time booking with them to save a buck. Our flight out of Niagara Falls was delayed after waiting at the airport for over an hour, finally to have it cancelled hours later (due to weather). We were unable to get another flight out with Spirit unless we waited 2 days. We had to find a flight out of Buffalo just to get to FL (through another airline). On the way back from Ft Lauderdale, the flight was once again delayed for an unknown reason. Everyone working there could not answer why the flight was delayed or when it would be leaving. 3h 30min later and we were finally able to board. I will never use this airline again.
The only positive thing was the $50 upgrade to large seats.
