    SERVICE??!!!! March24 Arriving at BWI at 855am. Asked that gate attendant if I was at right gate for my connection. No one else present…she looked at my boarding pass for one second and said check the board and pointed to the screen. I checked – it was on time – so I sat down. When preboarding started for a flight to Connecticut I asked why… They said my plane was two terminals away so I ran. The door was closed. I had to wait 6 hours for the next flight
    If she had taken a minute to help…!!!!! I will never use southwest again if I can avoid them.
