    very disappointed with the flight back to UK from Singapore on the A380 on 3rd march 2016 I had to change my flight so I asked for extra leg room on the upper deck which I thought I had paid for but the call centre did not book this for me so we were seated in row 82 upper deck next to the smelly / dirty toilets(urine on the floor) No member of staff cleaned it up or sprayed fresh air I only saw them check it twice. also the staff were not very helpful There seemed to be a lack of staff on the economy side (only saw 3 ) unlike the business side which had far more staff. When it came to meal times not only was there a poor selection and the quality was again very poor meat tough and tasteless also luke warm coffee was cold and very strong ,all in all I felt the standard had gone down since the last time I flew on this plane. It was in complete contrast to the flight from Perth to Singapore 3 days before when we travelled on the 777, staff helpful , extra leg room was booked when I changed the flight toilets were checked every half hour and sprayed with fresh air, good selection of food also very hot and tasty .a much better experience
