Singapore Airlines review by Neeraj 2015-12-25

    We had never flown with Singapore airline before and a few of our closest friends had recommended this airlines to us. We were absolutely let down with the service and the attitude of the air hostesses was appalling. The service was awful and the cabin crew were curt and pretty blunt. we travelled with our infant and there was a mix up of our seats to begin with and my wife and 4 month infant, which was corrected however. Mid flight we were told to use the toilets which were 20 rows of seats away while holding an infant through turbulence. when requested that it is too far to hold an infant and get there, they were blunt saying that the other restrooms are reserved for only business class. The captain had already said that the flight was going to be turbulent due to a weather report all they way till Singapore. So here we are mid flight holding an infant and walking through the aisle and fearing for the baby’s safety while the crew nonchalantly went about serving food while we waited to return to our seats. This just proves that Singapore airlines is just like all other just value money and not the customers. Had we known this earlier we would have booked our regular airlines
