Today 26th May 2014. We go to Singapore by Singapore Airline SQ 931. Myself, my father (disable person with no legs on both sides) and my mother.
    Onseat 47.

We went to the boarding ticket counter. We asked for front row seat (no. 31) for my father.
The person in charge said that all front seats booked for all babies. Not allowed for disable persons. Because have basins in front of front row seats that use for babies.
“Yoy must contact your travel agent” as she said to us.

I just realized when we boarded inside the plane the reality was “that not all babies seat on the front seats.”

I am really surprised that Singapore Airline not happy to bring disable person inside their aircraft.
Maybe next will be better if they announce “Disable person please don’t hope to get front seats’ or ‘not allowed for disable person to go with Singapore airline’.
And this plane has been booked for all babies.

So we can noticed before we buy a Singapore Airline ticket.

There was also an old lady around 80-90 years old that put seated far behind me.

    Singapore airline,
Why not allocate at least 2 seats front row for disable persons.
A few years ago, your airline was very famous by your hospitality. Now all gone…

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,

    Mr. David
