    Called the scoot call centre to discuss changes to my bookings. Worst call centre i have ever engaged with in over 20 plus years of flying with different airlines. I believe its in Philippines or managed by phillipinos. Poor communication and listening skills. Spoke with 2 different operators( one claimed her name was Sachie and the other i didnt even waste time with as she was abosultely a terrible customer officer) both were equally bad. I will never ever be recommending Scoot to any of my friends or family. I would rather pay slightly more and take another budget airlines that a
    provides better customer service and experience.
