Retruned Sing. to Gold Coast TZ7 dep. 23rd Dec. After a long walk to gate w were first there, one hour or so later after clearing security waited for boarding call, then the poor Scoot flight Manager had to to inform us that we had to go to gate E27 some several hundred metres back up. I’m in my 70’s and had carry on so the quick hike back up was exhausting and by the time I arrived there I was nearly last in the queue to security check again. I need to please ask that some consideration be given to offering free water at least on these longer flights, I was quite severely dehydrated and the small bottle of water at $4 was outrageous. I appreciate the fare is budget so didn’t expect much but these issues really spoiled my experience with Scoot. Love SQ which I’ve used many times over the years I was in business. A little sad some of their experience hasn’t shown on the airline.
