    I cannot understand why a budget airlines has a Business Class esp. when it gives “Business” class such a bad name.
    35 passengers sharing 1 toilet. Seat was wider and a little more legroom, but recline was about the same as Economy, and worse not electrically but self powered. Flight Attendants not interested to help my kids push down.
    No Australia Entry forms.
    Return flight on Econ. 1 hour flight delay. Another hour to get onto flight, 45 mins on the tarmac under strong sun. Got on board and policy NOT to provide even water — for their tardiness and lack of organization. Ordered a Cup Noodle (5$). They took my cash and promptly forgot. 3 hours later I ask for it, they ask to see my receipt. I told them they didn’t give me one. They suggested that without a receipt, they can’t verify what I really ordered. I told them thats fine — I’m diabetic and I’ll pay another $5 to avoid going into diabetic coma if they insisted on the position that their passengers would scam them of a paltry $5.
    They brought the noodles thereafter but made me feel like it was charity.
    No concept of hospitality.
