I flew from Copenhagen to Athens and back again with SAS. The planes and seats are generally very good, but the service level is not.
I had a really bad experience with two of the staff-members on the plane. I wanted to order a bottle of water, It took so long time for the staff to service me and finally when i got contact with an stewardess she was so unfriendly and I ordered a bottle of water. I got a glass with ice cubes and a bottle. I discovered that there were lemon core in the ice cubes, so I did not drink the water in the glass.
When the staff had to pick up the glass and the bottle, I told her that there was lemon core in ice cube. she stirred at me like it was my fault and she said ^we must tell our supplier^.
As a traveler, I could not care less about the who were the supplier, she could at least be regretful.
In my opinion the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, quite rude, seem not so happy with their job
