On a short haul from Krakow to Stanstead on 8th Dec 2014, 5 hour delay, total chaos at the airport, Ryanair staff had no clue what was happening (heaven help us in an emergency!), no recompense, in fact total disregard for your problems or your added expense, worst airline I’ve ever used, on reflection I’d have rather paid twice the price or a a real airline as opposed to this plastic pretend one!!
