Ryanair review by Emma 2015-12-28

I was flying from Liverpool to Derry with your service and I am a regular customer with Ryanair. I am a travel and tourism student and have learnt a lot about the airline industry and their main importances is to make sure that all customer are safe and happy when on board the aircraft. When the safety demonstration was taking place the there was the cabin crew lady at the front of the aircraft doing the demo and while also turning round and having a laugh and a joke with the other lady that was standing behind her. I feel that they should be giving their full attention to the demo and to make sure that their customers understand it clearly. The lady was clearly not doing it correctly and she did not seem bothered about her customers safety at all! I was not too happy with this as this is one of the important things to make sure this is carried out correctly!
