I did twice the trip HK – Milan in Crown, choosing RJ because of the cheaper price. Staff is very nice and helpful, good food quality on board, the service style is “simple” as they probably need some more training but nothing is missing if compare with other airline companies. The lounge in Ammann is very comfortable but offering a poor choise of meals. Will definetively fly again with them.
