    Don’t fly Qantas. When I booked I was given a 16 hour layover in Sydney, but I was NOT told I needed a visa even to stay in the airport. I did not have one so was not able to board the first flight. Qantas wanted $600 for change fee and far difference even though it was not my fault. They would not wave the fee and fare difference. I protested through my credit card company and was refunded. But DON’T FLY Qantas. They are money grubbing and have an inflexible and unhelpful customer support policy.
