This experience was second to none please be sure that the Captain of the flight and Andrew the Customer Relations Manager are appropriately rewarded for their dedication at every step of the first leg of this flight they were simply amazing and I wish I could fly with them every time this team is a real asset to Qantas – thank you thank you thank you!
