Mar 25, PR508. Opted for PAL even if it’s wayyy too expensive than the other airlines as I have an appointment in Manila for my upcoming weddig. I know that some problems may occur which are not in their hands but they should’ve tell the passenger on what to expect and what is really happening not by just saying “we are experiencing minor technical problem”. They only gave us 1 glass of water and we’ve waited for more than 2 hours inside the plane with no definite time of departure. Plus There was sometime that we smell something like a gas leak inside. I hope this will be addressed.
