    I flown from manila to LA in economy class on boeing 747-400,since its been a long time I haven’t fly in long haul I was so excited to fly again ang its PAL,thinking of all the past flying experience I had with PAL when i’m going to work and going home to the Philippines but to my surprize the on board service this time was very disappointing,11 hours 30 minutes flight and no toothbrush,I keep asking the flight attendant and all she can say is don’t worry sir I will find you one but until the anouncement for initial approach no attendant came in to give toothbrush,food service is also limited,after they serve meal thats it,no attendant walking around to give water or ask if you want anything.I was so frustrated with the service they have now it was way way away from the service that they had before merging with their low cost PAL express.
    Everytime I fly PAL going to work or going home I really feel at home once I step inside the plane but now I feel really bad, the hospitality that they say Filipino have on their service is gone too bad they had our flag as their carrier logo..
