Flight attendants in any Philippine Airlines flight are mostly pleasant and always ready to be of service, and this one was no different. I flew in one of the new planes with the new business class seats.The food was okay, i have low expectations with airplane food anyway. But for a business class seat, these new ones weren’t comfy at all. sure you could lie flat on it, but if the cushion were a bit softer that would have made a world of difference. And the decision to give passengers iPads in lieu of seat back TVs? I’m not a fan of it. I would like to have my hands free while relaxing, i wouldn’t want to hold onto an iPad the whole time, nor would I like to place it in an awkward position on my already cramped seat. Yes, for a business class seat, it is terribly cramped! Quite a step back Philippine Airlines. What were you guys thinking.
