I think this airline is underrated, for me this airline is much better compare with some other us airlines, when it comes to flight attendants i rate them 5 stars for being friendly and nice, which is very important how they welcome you upon entering and leaving the aircraft, this airline is lacking some of what 5 star airlines have like inflight enetertainment system, individual tv screen in economy seats , video on the belly or tail end of the airplane to see actual flying, but pal flight attendants are matching it with their awesome service.plus safety onboard and the entire journey is always the safety concern of the flight crew.on deck. food being served is ok i have the fish bangus fillet and taste good. the aircraft is A340 travelling from london-manila-.-connecting jakarta indonesia , terimah kasih philppine airlines
