Flight delayed for 14 hours lhr to mnl as well as the plane is very old, dirty, and it stinks. Their was no inflight entertainment my toodlers were getting restless no usb charging port for our cellphones and ipad. The meals are not worth eating and luckly we bought sandwiches in the airport. Moreover you are not allowed to transfer in a vacant seats or else if you want to pay £100 lol and take not flight attendants were very good in spotting whos seat is who. The upholstery of the seat keeps falling and i think the magic tape were not holding no more ha ha ya ha. I asked the flight attendant I thought you got new planes and they answered the company change all the airplanes into older one bcoz the new planes were transffered to a newly opened long haul route. But infairness I like the domestic flight the planes are cleaner and nicer even the food. ooooo before I forgetif you want to change your flight by phone no european office will answer your question they will passed you straight to mnl office and at your own call expense and they will hold you for another 60 to 120 min. ha ha ha ha. So if you want to have a very nice holiday go with Philippine airlines And Mabuhay.
