    I have had a horrible experience on Norwegian. They swapped out the 787 experience for a vintage spanish charter plane with charter personnel. It was old, uncomfortable, dirty, no air, and no entertainment of any kind. When I called customer service to change my ticket, I never get anyone who works for Norwegian, just an outsourcing company and people who barely speak English. They told me I should have gotten a text that the plane was swapped — which I did not — with an offer for a refund. Then I wanted to change the date of my return and the website does not work to allow this but the people on the phone say it’s my browser not their problem so I have to pay an extra $30 on top of the $150 change fee. All together a horrible experience. Budget airline and my ticket costs the same as SAS.
