    This company has gone worse taking care of its passengers. Two years ago, for a flight from America they gave me blankets and inside Europe they always had wi-fi and complimentary beverages. Well, now none of those things happen anymore. I think it is not correct they advertise they offer wifi in all European flights but this last one I took didn’t have (not because it didn’t work, it just didn’t have the service. Also, very bad customer service when a flight is delayed, not explaining the reasons and informing the passengers: the agents were rude.
