Took it the first time and everything was expected as a “Budget Airline” with some bonus like baggage allowance, snacks/meal/ water & entertainment. Yes AAX or Tiger or JetStar might be cheaper at times, they are low cost ie you pay for what you need/want ie baggage etc. So am happy to fly them if cheaper than full service airline.
