I would strongly suggest not to travel on this airline unless you have no option on this earth left to fly. Their tag line Not Just Low Cost”..what does it mean? First internation travel Mumbai to Jakarta.Unbelievable..Food so less in quantity. Water one bottle 500 ML limited. Extra water even you are about to die you need to keep the cash in their hands then they will give you water without any gratitude or expression on their faces. Entertainment system..what for without providing the headsets..you need to buy them too..Indian dometic flyers are much more better than these guys. Not to forget even the staff arent friendly and one can cleary see their attitude and restlessness on their faces.
PS: Please carry your own food when travelling as the mean term as per them is a couple of biscuits and if you want to loose some weight when you fly depend on their meal.
