    Have just arrived home after a trip to Kho Samui via KL.
    Mel-KL-Mel flew with Malaysia Airlines.
    Inflight entertainment was of a very poor quality, hard to hear with a very grainy picture. Those awful sausage rolls were served to us as supper going over (at midnight) and breakfast coming back was inedible. Also the way they were served was disgusting, in a cardboard box accompanied by a plastic cup to drink out of, both of which were just plonked down on the tray table by staff who couldn’t have been less interested – a small tray with these items placed on them would have been at least made them seem a little more appealing. Wasn’t given the option of a 2nd tea/coffee, no sooner had the service finished they came around with a plastic bag collecting the rubbish. Customer service was non existent and for a company that has a reputation to rebuild I would have thought customer service would be a No.1 priority but I didn’t feel this was the case and I won’t be recommending this airline to anyone or flying with them again myself.
