    remarkable Desk Person. Problems with MAS seem to be with online booking and with airline partners. Arrived in KL after being told we could not book seats in Paris or Amsterdam. Staff at the desk were hopeless ( hope they get the sack in the new clean up) until a young , say clerk, pink hijab (only to help identify her) Listens,said she would try and when it came to checking in we were taken aside and given seats that we have hoped to have chosen, She is truly management material. she listened, apologized for what had happened didn’t promise but would try and she did. Certainly changed our opinion as we had good flights to Europe and back with MAS, it was a good experience in economy on a long haul.
    New management and redundancies, the understanding of service which the crew performed, and booking updates would help the airline.
