    I have to say that the customer service for Malaysian airlines is absolutely abhorrent.
    Firstly, they canceled my flight from Kuching to Singapore which was a mere 1.5 hour flight and then changed it to a flight from Kuching to KL and then from Kl to singapore, which is all together 5 hours flight time together with layover time. Right now, I have to hangout at Kl international airport at 11pm at night and then be back in singapore past midnight.
    So I was really unhappy and I called Malaysian airlines to ask what this was all about. So this lady told me that it was due to some operational issue that they canceled the flight. When i pressed further, about what operational issue this was, she just said repeated this over and over again. When i asked if i could change my flight, she said everything was full. And so I pressed further and asked if i could change my flight to a few days later since i really didn’t want to waste some much time flying all around. So she put me on hold and i waited for an eternity and finally figured that she was not going to come back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now I have no clue why they canceled my flight and i have to fly to KL and back to singapore. Thanks a lot malaysian airlines!
