I’ve been ripped off by Lufthansa a few times within past couple of years. I wrote them several letters but was ignored every each single time. Trust me, don’t fall for any of their BS offers like lowest price guarantee, cause everything they do is hoax. They took advantage of covid pandemic and cheat the other airlines to stay in business. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent airline.
