    My flight was delayed and l missed my next flight and my luggage were delayed about two weeks..l have received an email from Lufthansa customer service about compensation from last August .l sent all documents and Until now l didn’t receive the transfer in my bank account. I sent many emails but no reply. please reply to my emails. Why the transfer is delayed.
