Lufthansa review by Adele

Avoide this company, worst airlines with worst customer service.
They cancelled my flights from France to NZ the day before leaving. I called and emailed them many times but never had any answer. My only option was to book a new flight last minute. 6 months later I’m still fighting with Lufthensa to reimburse me and compensate for the extra spending.
