I travel from LHR to Kochi on 10the May 2014, all smooth upto Kuwait. Then disaster, we boarded through checkin @ 21:05 took on to a bus, left on the bus for 45 minutes with no update on reason for delay, then we have asked to go back to seating area giving an Transit Pass, again with no explanation. The security young man very rude behaviour. Kids are crying because of hunger..no refreshments provided. No update on reasons for delay after 1 hour. We didn’t feel you care for providing at least a courtesy update, to keep other passengers calm.
