    Bad Customer Service
    Lost my Bags twice
    Manchester to Rome
    Rome to Manchester
    Damaged Bags , Try putting a claim in and nothing but run about and lies , NEVER again KLM
    Still no Compensation Money or contact 3 yrs later
    KLM NO WAY
