Worst service ever experienced from an airline. Limited facilities and unhelpful staff who aren’t concerned about the well being of passengers. The checkin staff were rude and, after a last minute flight change, refused to check us in until two hours before th scheduled departure, leaving us sitting on the floor in a crowded checkin hall. Will never fly with JetStar again.
