JQ105 from Bali to Perth had no hot food, no white wine, no milk to put in a coffee, the food they offered was day old egg sandwich which was stale and inedible complaints to cabin stewards was met with an apology and advise to submit a complaint however when trying to submit on online complaint the Jetstar website would not accept it. An online chat with a Jetstar rep was established when I tried to compain that the complaint service would not accept my complaint I was fobbed off and the conversation was terminated by them. Very poor service
