My experience with Jetstar was everything I expected it to be. It is a budget airline so I did not expect anything super great but I received value for the amount I paid. The staff were friendly, the flight was smooth and it got me from A to B safely. Everyone complaining about comfort and having to pay for food? You paid next to nothing for your ticket so don’t expect luxury. Go spend $1,000 on a 5 hour plane flight if you want 2cm more chair space and free food thats bad quality anyway and stop complaining when you should of just not been oblivious in the first place.
