    Was due to fly with Jetstar with my partner from Melbourne to Perth. Upon boarding we were located in the front bulkhead row. My partner whom had no sleep the previous night due to illness, was asleep as soon as we got on board that evening. When I was asked to wake her up by one of the crew I explained why she was so tired. One of the flight attendants rudely asserted she was drunk (neither of us had been drinking as she was pregnant and I had to drive to the airport) and passed that comment onto the captain whom decided we should be unloaded. We were threatened with the Federal Police being called if we did not get off the plane immediately when we requested if we could please speak with the Captain to explain our circumstances. We were then stranded at the airport at 10pm on a Sunday night, no refund, assistance or offers of support with no comeback. We consider ourselves extremely polite and considerate people, yet never have we been treated so disgustingly. The staff were tired and only cared about departing and were prejudgemental. Have never flown since and never will. Will always pay a premium to fly a full service airline.
