    Due to bad weather, we were unable to land in NYC and was diverted to Boston. The flight crew was good but it was the service on the ground that left me scratching my head. We all get that Mint and/or Mosaic customers pay a bit more for their service than regular economy customer. But when the gate manager goes out of his way to secure a lounge for first class passengers with another airline rather than focus on finalizing the remainder of the flight or even arrange for food (other than potato chips) for starving passengers left stranded at a terminal, it makes one stop and consider the airline’s priorities. I thought JetBlue was better than that. I guess not. There was nothing but confusion all around and as I type this, we are still waiting for a pilot to fly us to NYC.
