Before I begin I would like you to know that I have always preferred flying with Jet Blue and am a True Blue Member. However with my recent experience this past saturday, I am left saddened and shocked at Jet blue experience. I had booked my Jet Blue flight trip to Chicago to visit my ill grandmother. Unfortunately she passed away right around the time of my trip. My husband and I were scheduled to fly saturday morning and with everything going on, we made it to the airport 45 minutes before out flight. While I am aware this isn’t the best time window but I had already checked in 24 hours prior. Upon my arrival I came in contact with some of the rudest Jetblue service staff who wouldn’t want to listen to my problem or help me get on my 8:20 am flight to Chicago and simply suggested to reschedule my flight to the 3:20 pm. Clearly since I wasnt going to miss my grandmothers funeral, I jumped on an American Airline flight. But by far this was the most inhumane experience I’ever ever had!! Plus our flight back to NY was 2 hours delayed!!
